AWP | Green Energy released March 31, 2025 as part of the Boreal Collection.

It's a Counter-Strike 2-native release, launched after Valve's September 2023 relaunch, with no CS:GO history of its own.

It launched as a Classified-tier finish, with a Souvenir edition but no StatTrak™ version.

As a finish, "Green Energy" is applied to the AWP — Counter-Strike's signature bolt-action sniper rifle, capable of a one-shot kill to the chest or head in most engagements — and carries the pink rarity color every Classified-tier skin shares on the Steam Market and in-game.
