MP7 | Armor Core released April 15, 2015 as part of the Chroma 2 Case.

It originally released during the CS:GO era, before Valve's Counter-Strike 2 relaunch in September 2023 — its artwork, wear range, and source carried over unchanged into CS2.

It launched as a Mil-Spec Grade finish, with both a StatTrak™ and a Souvenir edition.

As a finish, "Armor Core" is applied to the MP7 — a submachine gun available to Counter-Terrorists, with light armor penetration — and carries the blue rarity color every Mil-Spec Grade skin shares on the Steam Market and in-game.
