AK-47 | Predator released August 14, 2013 as part of the Dust Collection.

It originally released during the CS:GO era, before Valve's Counter-Strike 2 relaunch in September 2023 — its artwork, wear range, and source carried over unchanged into CS2.

It launched as an Industrial Grade finish, with a Souvenir edition but no StatTrak™ version.

As a finish, "Predator" is applied to the AK-47 — the Terrorists' classic assault rifle, known for high per-shot damage and a one-shot headshot kill at most ranges — and carries the light blue rarity color every Industrial Grade skin shares on the Steam Market and in-game.
