History & Origin
Lil' Facelift was released on October 1, 2025 as part of the Dr Boom Charm Collection.
The Dr Boom Charm Collection joined the Armory a year after charms first came to CS2.
Design & Attachment
Lil' Facelift sits in the Remarkable tier of the Dr Boom Charm Collection, which marks how rare it is within the collection.
A charm hangs from the side of a weapon and swings as the weapon moves. It can be attached to any weapon you own and detached again with a Charm Detachment — the charm then returns to your inventory, so it is never used up.
Charms have no float value or wear condition: every copy of a charm looks the same in the inventory.
Availability & Versions
It is redeemed from the Dr Boom Charm Collection with Armory Pass stars, with an estimated chance of 2.2894% (about 1 in 44). Valve hasn't published charm odds; the estimate uses the same rule as CS2's confirmed case odds — each rarity tier five times rarer than the one below, every charm within a tier equally likely. The collection holds 22 charms across 4 tiers (Extraordinary, Exotic, Remarkable and High Grade), 7 of them Remarkable.
Lil' Facelift exists in a single version — no StatTrak™ or Souvenir edition. It can be traded and sold on the Steam Community Market like any other item.
