Design & Attachment
Highlight charms are a souvenir version of a charm: the Austin 2025 souvenir tag hangs from the weapon and carries a recorded clip of the moment, which can be watched from the inventory — the same clip you can watch above with the Video switch.
Like every charm it can be attached to any weapon you own and detached again with a Charm Detachment; it has no float value or wear.
