MP7 | Special Delivery released September 17, 2015 as part of the Shadow Case.

It originally released during the CS:GO era, before Valve's Counter-Strike 2 relaunch in September 2023 — its artwork, wear range, and source carried over unchanged into CS2.

It launched as a Restricted-tier finish, with both a StatTrak™ and a Souvenir edition.

As a finish, "Special Delivery" is applied to the MP7 — a submachine gun available to Counter-Terrorists, with light armor penetration — and carries the purple rarity color every Restricted-tier skin shares on the Steam Market and in-game.

That Restricted classification places it in the middle of the rarity ladder — rarer than Mil-Spec Grade, but short of the Classified and Covert tiers above it.
