MP7 | Impire released February 17, 2016 as part of the Operation Wildfire Case.

It originally released during the CS:GO era, before Valve's Counter-Strike 2 relaunch in September 2023 — its artwork, wear range, and source carried over unchanged into CS2.

It launched as a Restricted-tier finish, with both a StatTrak™ and a Souvenir edition.

As a finish, "Impire" is applied to the MP7 — a submachine gun available to Counter-Terrorists, with light armor penetration — and carries the purple rarity color every Restricted-tier skin shares on the Steam Market and in-game.
